Privacy Policy
image-r prepares photos for laser engraving in the browser. This policy explains what we collect when you create an account, pay for a plan, or write to us. The public site is https://image-r.in.
Account information. When you register we store your name, email address, mobile number, and a hashed password. We use these to sign you in, apply your plan, and contact you about the account.
Payment information. Subscriptions are paid through Razorpay. Razorpay collects card, UPI, or net-banking details on its own checkout page. image-r does not store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking password. We store the Razorpay order id, payment id, amount, currency, plan, and payment time so we can start the plan and handle a refund.
Photos. Preparation runs in your browser. The photo is not uploaded to our server and is not used to train a model. The server stores your account, your plan, and a count of downloads.
Cookies. A sign-in cookie keeps your session. A language cookie remembers English, Spanish, or Hindi. Both are required for the account and the language you chose.
How we use information. We use it to provide the subscription, count downloads against the plan, answer messages, and meet legal and payment duties. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing. Payment details are shared with Razorpay so the charge can be processed. We may share information when the law requires it. We do not give your account to advertisers.
Retention. We keep the account and payment records while the account is open and for as long as tax and payment rules require. Email info@image-r.in to ask for deletion. We will delete or anonymize the account unless a payment record must be kept.
Security. Passwords are stored as hashes. The payment page is handled by Razorpay.
